Available Resources Assistance

Program Description

Available Resources Assistance

The program provides the Latino community in the state of Washington with clear and accessible information about free or low-cost resources available to them. We recognize the barriers that many members of our community often face in accessing essential services, which is why this program is dedicated to facilitating the knowledge and use of these resources. By connecting Latinos with support opportunities in areas such as health, education, housing, food, and more, we aim to empower each individual to improve their quality of life and strengthen their well-being. At EOLU, we are committed to equitable access to services that contribute to the development and prosperity of the Latino community.

This approach highlights both the relevance of the program and its mission to improve the quality of life for Latinos by providing information about important and accessible resources.
EBT
The state of Washington provides low-income families with a card (similar to a debit card but cannot be used to withdraw cash) that is loaded with money to be used solely for food. Each month, the state of Washington will reload the card with the same amount, based on the number of minors in the family. It is renewed annually.
